About Nic & Kolo:
Nic & Kolo is an award-winning café in Applecross Village that is known for making fresh Western Australian food and serving modern Asian-inspired food. We are adding more people to our leadership team after the launch of Daily Practice, our new store/café idea.
We need a Head Chef or Sous Chef with a lot of experience who is ready to take the lead at both locations, come up with new menus, and handle kitchen teams that do great work.

About the Role:
As Head Chef, you will:
- Lead, coach, and help the cooking teams at Nic & Kolo and Daily Practice grow.
- Watch over day-to-day activities and make sure food is delivered properly.
- Keep track of schedules, labor prices, and how well the kitchen works.
- Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and display
- Work together to create menus and make changes based on the seasons
