The Role:

The Embroidery Machine Operator plays a critical role in ensuring that the custom Embroidery Department provides superior customer service. Preparing garments and operating embroidery machines to imprint names, initials, and/or decorative design insignia onto garments are the duties of the Embroidery Machine Operator.

  • Configure and operate the Tajima Embroidery Machine
  • Manage industrial embroidery equipment while adhering to production schedules.
  • Verifying the product, logo, and thread colors to ensure order precision
  • As required, replacing thread, needles, and bobbins
  • Reducing and removing hoops
  • Machines for carrying and unloading
  • Implementing quality control
  • Performing regular machine maintenance
  • Keep the work area and supplies organized, tidy, and secure.
  • As required, additional initiatives and duties
