Responsibilities for Travel Services Coordinator Jobs in USA:

  • Coordinate and plan domestic business trips for leaders, clinicians, MSO workers, and guests. This should include hotel, flight, and train travel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a travel agent or coordinator.
  • Proficiency with travel software (Apollo and/or Smart Point preferred).
  • Experience with Concur Travel & Expense is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Strong computer skills (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software quickly.

Physical Requirements:

  • Mostly a desk job that requires long times of sitting.
  • Sometimes having to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds.
  • For computer work, you need to be able to see clearly up close.
