- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera)
- Understanding of aviation regulations and standards (ICAO, FAA, EASA)
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in AutoCAD, GIS, and Fast Time Simulation Modelling Tools (Airtop, TAAM, Cast)
