Responsibilities for Quality System Specialist Jobs in UK:
- Verify adherence to ISO 27001, ISO 9001:2015, and other legal requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits, such as SOC 2 Type II audits.
- Help with Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) procedures
- Examine audit results and non-conformities.
- Keep the documentation for the Quality Management System up to date.
- Assist clients with RFI (Request for Information) forms
- Participate in initiatives for ongoing improvement
- Help integrate mergers and acquisitions for QMS procedures
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years‘ experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, CAPA, auditing, and QMS
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and compliance work
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
